 In
designing the $MART putter we chose each material for its specific
assets. The Persimmon insert provides extraordinary feel and
playability. The Walnut body retains the superior feel of wood
while providing a contrast with the Persimmon alignment feature.
The brass back piece places weight directly behind the ball
increasing the putter’s moment of inertia (MOI). The aluminum
portion of the soleplate further pushes weight to the back of the
putter, increasing the $MART’s MOI, thus making it an extremely
accurate putter.
